America’s Finest Property Management, Inc. is a full service Real Estate and Property Management firm that has been managing residential and commercial properties in San Diego County for over 30 years. The properties we currently manage range from 2 bedroom condominiums to 125,000 square foot multi-unit Commercial buildings.

We define property management as the action devoted to producing the greatest possible net return from a property over its full economic life. Our goal is to completely remove any concerns an owner has regarding his/her income property.

Property management can be divided into three different functions, finding and servicing tenants, bookkeeping/reporting, and continual maintenance and repair of the property.

For bookkeeping and reporting, we use Yardi Property Management software. This is generally considered to be the best property management software available. Owners receive profit & loss, balance sheet and general ledger reports monthly. These reports can be sent via mail, fax or e-mail.
